Empowerment

This book contains employed reflections and analyses for and employers related to all the sectors. It describes that empoderadas people bring benefits for itself and the organization, therefore an organization that adopts the Empowerment liberates ideas and initiatives, enthusiasm and pride. The authors always emphasize the responsibility in any level of the company and still pondering of the personal beliefs. He is clearly that barrier exists in all the levels, but that it is not impossible to reevaluate and to innovate. At the beginning of the book the author approaches that organizations must leave a mentality to command and to control for an environment of support and directed toward the responsibility, where all can give optimum of itself. The Empowerment is not to give to be able the people, therefore they possess already it, in knowledge and motivation, but to allow that this arises, leaving explicit that it must flow from top to bottom, must start in the levels highest, of the opposite will not bring resulted some. It still describes the fear that this power brings, since the people fear for the loss of its position. When placing its first key the book ratifies the importance to share information of an organization inside, information these that will generate responsibility.
